KINGFISHER TUTORIAL
ADVANCED
Draw this stunning Kingfisher in flight with me in real-time where I show you step-by-step exactly what to do to achieve a detailed, realistic drawing. Some key techniques I'll teach you are how to draw feathers, fish and how to create contrast in your work.
PAPER
I use Arches Aquarelle Hot Pressed Watercolour Paper (300GSM) for this tutorial, which is quite a grainy textured paper. Alternatively I recommend using the Strathmore 300 Series Bristol Vellum as it's perfect for students and beginners.
