TURTLE TUTORIAL

ADVANCED

Draw this vibrant turtle with me in real-time where I show you step-by-step exactly what to do to achieve a detailed, realistic drawing. Some key techniques I'll teach you are how to draw scales and glow from the ocean.

PAPER

I'm using the heavier weight 300LB Saunders Waterford paper in this tutorial, however I no longer recommend this paper. It's very soft and spongey and only works for certain subjects. Alternatively I recommend using the Strathmore 300 Series Bristol Vellum as it's perfect for students and beginners.
